We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Head to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in operations management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Operations Head and a total of 15+ years of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing various departments including Quality Assurance, Content Services, Production Support, and Customer Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the operations team. Inspire and motivate team members to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  2. Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple departments including Quality, Content Services, Production Support, and Customer Engagement. Ensure operational efficiency, productivity, and adherence to quality standards.
  3. Quality Management: Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to customers. Monitor and analyse quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Content Services: Manage the content services department, which includes content creation, curation, and distribution. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute content strategies that align with business objectives.
  5. Production Support: Oversee the production support department, which is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure smooth operations. Implement best practices to streamline processes and minimize downtime.
  6. Customer Engagement: Lead the customer engagement department to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Develop strategies to effectively engage with customers, gather feedback, and address their needs and concerns.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, and IT to ensure alignment of operations with overall business objectives. Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across the organization.
  8. Performance Management: Set performance goals and objectives for the operations team. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees to support their professional development.
