IT HEAD

We are seeking an experienced and visionary IT Head to lead our IT department. As the IT Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and operations. You will play a critical role in defining and executing our IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Mentor and develop team members, empowering them to achieve their full potential and contribute to the success of the organization.
IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud services. Ensure that systems are secure, scalable, and reliable to support the company’s operations and growth.
Information Security: Develop and implement comprehensive information security policies, procedures, and controls to protect the company’s data and IT assets. Stay abreast of the latest security threats and trends, proactively mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Business Systems: Manage the selection, deployment, and optimization of business systems and applications to enhance operational efficiency and drive business performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize technology solutions that meet business needs.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring the effective delivery of IT services and solutions. Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and pricing terms to maximize value and minimize risk for the organization.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, including forecasting, planning, and allocation of resources. Monitor expenditures and variances, making adjustments as needed to ensure cost-effective IT operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Overall 12+ years of experience. 5+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in managing IT operations and driving strategic initiatives.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
Deep technical expertise in IT infrastructure, systems, and security, with hands-on experience in implementing and managing complex IT environments.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage with executives, business leaders, and technical teams.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
