As the Managing Director and Chairman of iCodex, he has successfully spearheaded the company’s growth from a two-person team to a thriving organization of 120 employees, while achieving impressive profitability and managing the company’s P&L with strategic acumen.
A seasoned expert in strategic planning, operations management, and talent development, Kamal has a proven track record of driving business growth, leading cross-functional teams, and developing innovative solutions. His ability to navigate complex challenges, foster collaborative environments, and drive results-oriented strategies has earned him a reputation as a respected leader in his field. Kamal holds a degree in Electronics Engineering, providing a strong foundation in technology and innovation.
Under his leadership, Icodex expanded its offerings to include software and mobile app development, catering to renowned overseas clients. The company successfully built three flagship products from ideation, which are now used by millions of users worldwide.

Chetan Shankarlal Soni

Whole-Time Director

Chetan is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Co-founder of iCodex Publishing Solutions. With over two decades of experience in the technology sector, Chetan is a visionary leader passionate about driving innovation in the publishing industry. His expertise spans across software development, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions, enabling iCodex to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market. Chetan oversees the technology strategy, product development, and IT infrastructure, ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge solutions that incorporate ML and AI to meet the dynamic demands of the industry. He is also deeply involved in shaping the company’s technological vision, fostering a culture of innovation, and mentoring a team of skilled professionals. Shilpa Kiran G

Independent Director

Shilpa Kiran G has over 23 years of experience as a Company Secretary. She is also an Insolvency Professional and Registered Valuer in Securities & Financial Assets. She holds a B.Com degree from the University of Mumbai, LLB from Bangalore University, and a Masters in Business Law from National Law School, Bangalore. She was Immediate Past President of the Bangalore Valuers Association. She is an Independent Director at Kerala Ayurveda Ltd. She actively shares her knowledge through webinars, conferences, and as a visiting faculty. A mentor to aspiring Company Secretaries and Valuation professionals, Shilpa’s leadership and expertise makes her a key figure in the field of Corporate Governance, Insolvency and Valuation.

Venkata Subbarao Kalva

Independent Director

Venkata Subbarao Kalva is an accomplished professional with over 18 years of experience in company law, insolvency, and valuation. He holds a Commerce degree from Nagarjuna University, is a Law graduate, and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He also holds an MBA from Pondicherry University. Registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), he is both an Insolvency Professional and a Registered Valuer for Securities and Financial Assets. Venkata Subbarao has extensive experience providing advisory services related to corporate restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and company law matters. He has represented clients before various statutory bodies, including the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, National Company Law Tribunal, and Reserve Bank of India. Actively involved in professional development, he frequently participates in seminars and conferences and serves as a faculty member for aspiring Company Secretaries. His vast experience and expertise make him a highly respected leader in corporate and financial advisory services.

Anand Pravin Pande

Additionally, he holds the position of Director at various start-ups and MNC(s) as professional director. With over 15 years of extensive experience, he has showcased his expertise in diverse domains including tax litigations, Statutory Audits, Taxation, Management Consultancy, Internal Audits, Tax Audits, and Project Financing. His track record includes successfully representing clients in various Tax Litigation Matters under Income Tax before tax authorities at multiple levels, demonstrating aprofound understanding of risk analysis. Furthermore, he is an esteemed mentor to numerous start-ups and a respected guest faculty member at renowned institutions in Pune and Mumbai. His involvement extends to the meticulous drafting and vetting of contractual agreements, providing invaluable implementation support for a myriad of matters.
