With over two decades of experience in the technology sector, he is a visionary leader passionate about driving innovation in the publishing industry. His expertise spans across software development, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions, enabling Icodex Publishing Solutions Ltd to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market. He oversees the technology strategy, product development, and IT infrastructure, ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge solutions powered by ML and AI that define new benchmarks of excellence. He is also deeply involved in shaping the company’s technological vision, fostering a culture of innovation, and mentoring a team of skilled professionals. Shilpa Kiran G

Shilpa Kiran G has over 23 years of experience as a Company Secretary. She is also an Insolvency Professional and Registered Valuer in Securities & Financial Assets. She holds a B.Com degree from the University of Mumbai, LLB from Bangalore University, and a Masters in Business Law from National Law School, Bangalore. She was Immediate Past President of the Bangalore Valuers Association. She is an Independent Director at Kerala Ayurveda Ltd. She actively shares her knowledge through webinars, conferences, and as a visiting faculty. A mentor to aspiring Company Secretaries and Valuation professionals, Shilpa’s leadership and expertise makes her a key figure in the field of Corporate Governance, Insolvency and Valuation.

Venkata Subbarao Kalva

Venkata Subbarao Kalva is a highly accomplished professional with over 20 years of expertise in Company Law, Insolvency, and Valuation. He holds a Commerce degree from Nagarjuna University, a Law degree, and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Additionally, he earned an MBA from Pondicherry University. He is an Insolvency Professional and a Registered Valuer under Securities and Financial Assets, registered with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). He has extensive experience in providing advisory services on corporate restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and company law matters. He has represented clients before key statutory bodies, including the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the National Company Law Tribunal, and the Reserve Bank of India. Actively engaged in professional development, he regularly participates in seminars and conferences and serves as a faculty member for aspiring Company Secretaries. His vast knowledge and experience make him a highly respected leader in corporate and financial advisory services. He is also a former Chairman of the ICSI Bengaluru Chapter and former president of Bangalore Valuers Association.
