Android Developer

We are seeking an AI/ML Developer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques, as well as experience in applying AI solutions to real-world problems. This role involves working with cutting-edge deep learning and natural language processing (NLP) technologies, developing robust software solutions, and optimizing data models and system designs.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to solve complex business challenges.
Implement and optimize deep learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
Develop NLP models and systems for language understanding and processing.
Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code in Python, Java, and/or R.
Design RESTful APIs and ensure the seamless integration of AI/ML models into production environments.
Work with NoSQL databases and optimize RDBMS systems for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI/ML solutions.
Conduct thorough testing, validation, and optimization of models for accuracy and efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the team’s capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Passionate about user-centred design and accessibility.
You have at least 2 years of experience working as a UX researcher.
You have an excellent practical understanding of research methodologies and have strong documentation, communication and presentation skills with an ability to effectively input into design critiques.
Ability to work on multiple, simultaneous projects of all sizes and complexity.
Experience with user-centred design methodologies and integrating research in to agile workflows.
Experience with user-centred design methodologies and integrating research in to agile workflows.
Experience in planning and conducting a range of research methods including contextual enquiry, depth interviews, diary studies, remote usability testing, creating/facilitating workshops, and others as required.
